Founded in 1974 and incorporated in the State of Florida in 1978, ACISS Systems is a software development company, and since 1984, ACISS has devoted its efforts exclusively to the creation of software solutions for law enforcement. Nearly forty years of experience in the analysis of law enforcement's requirements and creation of successful software solutions uniquely positions ACISS Systems to meet the ever-evolving needs of law enforcement organizations.
Our seasoned staff compliments our deep understanding of law enforcement with superior technical qualifications and certifications. ACISS Systems is a Microsoft Certified Partner. Certifications held by our staff include: MCSE's, MCDBA's, MCT's, MCP's, and CDP's. Our technical expertise extends beyond development to database structure and design. This blend of technical knowledge and understanding of law enforcement needs enables our software solutions to employ the latest in cutting-edge development technologies, delivering ease-of-use to those accessing the solutions along with ease-of-implementation to the technical personnel responsible for on-going operations.
Retired and current law enforcement professionals enhance our technical strengths and bring greater perspective and experience to the problem solving equation. These individuals are also the primary trainers in the use of the ACISS software. They provide instruction in the use of the ACISS solutions in a "cop-to-cop" atmosphere.
Chad is responsible for the development and implementation of successful business tactics and strategies to meet company objectives. He is also responsible for overseeing day to day operations and directing the strategic long-term goals, policies, and procedures for the company.
Justin is the chief architect and developer of the ACISS Web product suite. He oversees all aspects of product development and technical services.
As senior architect and member of the board of directors, Matthew is responsible for the design and architecture of the core ACISS technologies. He joined ACISS Systems in 1999, as we decided we needed to revamp our existing Unidata based software, taking advantage of the newest technologies.
Customer Account Manager
Dean is responsible for managing the support department, which includes help desk support, account management, deployment project management, infrastructure administration, and policy consultation. He joined ACISS in 2004 and takes pride in working with ACISS customers to better utilize their ACISS deployments.
Noelle provides key leadership and organizational planning. She participates in the coordination of new ACISS deployments including: execution of deployment documents and agreements, coordinating training, communicating project milestones, and processes invoices & payments. Noelle is also our primary GSA Contract Administrator.
He joined ACISS after two years as an independent contractor working on various System Administration and Software Development projects for SaaS and IaaS providers. Blaine has jumped right in to the challenges that software development in this industry brings. Hardworking and determined, he's been known to burn the midnight oil.
Software Support Engineer
Jennifer is a goal oriented engineer that participates in help desk support, product testing, process documentation, system maintenance, and business analytics. Her skillset in process and quality engineering and technology training allows her to excel at any task presented to her by the agencies we serve.
