Thank you for visiting the ACISS Support Center. This site has been developed to provide you, our users, with the best customer service possible. We hope that this site will become a valuable resource for discussion and collaboration between our users from agencies across the country.

Currently, there are three main sections in the Support Center:
Forums
The primary focus of the forum is to provide a common area for our users to discuss and collaborate on a variety of topics. Suggested topics include ACISS usage, policies and procedures, technical discussions, etc. Ever wondered how other agencies use their Tips & Tasks module to manage incoming information on a high profile incident? Or, how do other agencies use ACISS to keep track of confidential informants? Well, this would be the place to find out. ACISS personnel do monitor the forums and will contribute to discussions when appropriate, however, to preserve the primary intent of the forums, our participation will be focused primarily on fostering communication between the users. For this reason, please DO NOT post defect reports to the forums. To ensure a timely response, please send defect reports directly to support@aciss.com.
Downloads
The file download area is simply a place to download popular support related files. In this section, you will likely find queries for the ACISS Query Module, ACISS documentation, and other useful files requested by our users.
Support Tickets
The support tickets area will allow you to see a list of all of your agency's open support tickets. A brief description and the current status is provided for each item. You will also see a list of recently closed items that may already be implemented in your ACISS system, or may be coming in the next release.
