Overview

ACISS TAP interfaces with most popular Dialed Number Recorders (PIN Registers) and Title III equipment to provide comprehensive analysis of telephone information. An integrated word processor is provided for building full text searchable transcripts for each call record. Title III call audio is automatically compressed and attached to call records in real-time, allowing authorized investigators to see the data and listen to the actual calls within seconds after calls are completed, from anywhere. The TAP module assists investigators with the legal requirements, security, and reporting of wire information, dramatically reducing the resources and costs associated with these investigations.

Optional Features

NeuStar LEAP Integration

TheNeuStar LEAP interface provides an automated method of determining service providers for telephone numbers. NeuStar acts as the clearinghouse of the telecommunications industry and has over 700 million telephone numbers which it manages between the Number Portability Administration Center, Number Pooling Administration and its North American Numbering Plan Administration duties. LEAP accesses these databases and gives real time information to determine the correct telecommunications service provider for all US cellular and land line numbers, including ported numbers. NeuStar also provides the carrier's legal compliance point of contact and the history of a ported number. This information is then utilized within ACISS to group all relevant telephone numbers together by carrier, taking all the hassle out of creating telephone subscriber subpoenas.

ChoicePointPhoneLink Integration

TheChoicePointPhoneLink interface provides an automated means for quickly obtaining telephone subscribers from the ChoicePointPhoneLink service. The ChoicePoint's PhoneLink batch service provides telephone subscriber information, which is acquired through multiple sources including real-time phone gateways, White and Yellow pages, self-reported credit header data and reverse phone number logic. Once data is returned from ChoicePoint, based on the submitted numbers, ACISS automatically imports the subscriber information and links it to the appropriate telephone numbers indicating that the source of the information was ChoicePoint. Turn-around time for subscriber information from ChoicePoint is generally less than 24 hours, with results usually returned within just a couple hours. This can provide valuable, immediate information to investigators while waiting for the subpoenaed carrier records.
