Overview

The ACISS Web Automated Records Management System (ARMS) is a complete records management solution. ARMS provides full incident-based reporting and electronic UCR and NIBRS validation and reporting. ACISS ARMS can easily be integrated with most existing Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and has features common to all ACISS Web modules. Like ACISS Case Management, ARMS is built on top of our Intelligence Reporting module providing all of its core information gathering, management, and dissemination capabilities. Use of this core repository means that road units can now have a complete picture of the subjects they are encountering and their histories, in real-time, increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and above all else, officer safety.

Optional Features

Citations

Track traffic citations using the same core subjects, addresses, and vehicles as all of the other ACISS modules. Utilizing the core ACISS integration capabilities, ACISS Citations can easily be integrated with external or mobile ticketing systems.

Crash Reporting

Document accident reports within ACISS and automatically generate printable state accident forms (* currently only supports FL state accident report forms). ACISS Crash integrates with CadZone's QuickScene product for quickly creating accident scene diagrams. Diagrams are then automatically printed on the state accident forms.

Pawn Integration

The ACISS PAWN application processes pawn shop data, attempting to match serial numbers, owner added numbers, and property descriptions to those reported missing or stolen. Alerts are automatically generated under certain circumstances, such as; items pawned by a known felon, items pawned by someone from out of the area, frequent pawns by an individual, possible matches to stolen property, etc. Provides integration with the ACISS Case Management and Property & Evidence modules if also installed.
