Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-service oriented individual to join our Technical Support team. As a key member of the team you will be the primary interface between the company and our customers. You will be required to answer a wide range of technical and procedural questions related to our products and services.

As a support representative you will establish a thorough understanding of our products and will work with all key areas of ACISS to provide superior service to our customers. Your initiative and ability to be an independent worker who takes ownership for customer technical issues is critical to the success of the Technical Support Team. You will have the opportunity to participate in product evaluation and developmental feedback of the product during the release cycle. Candidates should posess the following characteristics:

.NET Application/Database Developer

We are seeking applicants for a full-time, mid level database/application development position at our Palm Harbor, FL office. Candidate will serve as a developer in a team environment, utilizing technologies such as ASP, VB, ASP.Net, C#, XML, SOAP, Web Services, and SQL Server. Position will primarily focus on the design and development of interfaces between various data sources through the use of SQL DTS/Integration Services, Web Services, and document format conversion/extraction. Duties also include assisting in the analysis, design, modeling, development, implementation, and maintenance of database systems relating to our enterprise class web application. Candidate will collaborate with other developers working on different tiers of the application.

Candidate must have excellent technical skills to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Must have a solid background in relational database design and a thorough understanding of object oriented analysis, design and development. Candidate must be skilled using SQL DTS and/or Integration Services as well as SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, XML, SOAP and Web Services. Experience with C#, VB.Net, and VB is preferable. Excellent problem solving skills, written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to independently meet deadlines are a must. Sense of humor absolutely required.
